All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

DOMESTIC
Standard Delivery is U.S. Postal Service or UPS depending on weight and package size to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. orders unless otherwise specified.
Processing time to shipping is currently 1 to 3 business days. A small percentage of titles and products, however, demand between 3 to 6 business days. Packages ship when the order is complete. Books and other products ordered from our Partner Warehouses ship separately and are not eligible for free shipping.

Please note that while the overwhelming majority of packages shipped Standard Delivery arrive within the time specified above, in rare cases shipments can take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and to APO/FPO addresses can take 3 to 8 weeks to arrive.
There may be additional shipping charges for orders containing heavy merchandise that is very expensive to ship. If additional shipping charges are applicable, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Associate before your order is processed so that you remain informed about additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL
All International packages are shipped via U.S. Global Airmail Parcel Post. Shipping costs include such postage plus a $6.00 US Completion of Customs Forms fee. You will be contacted by email to remain informed about total shipping costs or you may contact us at cs@manypathsbookstore.com or call a Customer Service Associate at 818.762.4789 for more information.
Please know your country’s import policy as each buyer is responsible for any import restrictions including prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties, etc. All other policies regarding processing time, order completion, products ordered through our Partner Warehouses as well as additional shipping charges for heavy merchandise remain the same as for domestic shipments.
Handling Fee
We charge a small handling fee based on the number of items you order. The minimum is $1.50.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We make every effort to fill every order promptly and accurately. If we make an error, please call us within three days of receipt to arrange for an exchange or to ship the correct item.Our customers deserve complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call or email us to arrange the return.
Replacing damaged items
Please call us at 818.762.4789 as soon as you realize the item is damaged. We can ship another item to you and when the damaged item is received back, we will credit your account.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in its original, unopened condition. The purchase amount plus tax, if applicable, is refunded according to original purchase method. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Gift cards are non-refundable, nor are they redeemable for cash.
